The Credit Analyst will join Global Atlantic’s New York-based Investment Office, which manages the firm’s $40bn general account. As a member of the Credit team, the Analyst will work directly with the portfolio manager and senior members on investment diligence, execution and overall portfolio management


  • Assist the portfolio manager on key initiatives, special projects and other portfolio management functions
  • Work closely with senior team members on the diligence and execution of liquid / illiquid credit investments
  • Assist in the monitoring and surveillance of credit exposures
  • Collaborate with investment analytics on the design, development and maintenance of desk systems and tools
  • Liaise with investment operations, accounting and external partners on trade lifecycle management
  • Present to senior team members and the Investment Office key portfolio updates and reports


  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Engineering, Science or related fields with proven academic success
  • Committed and self-motivated individual who can demonstrate initiative & problem solving abilities
  • Must be highly proficient in Excel, VBA, PowerPoint and other MS Office applications
  • Entrepreneurial instinct and intellectual curiosity, high attention to detail and work efficiency
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills
  • Sharp analytical and technical abilities,
  • Ability to deal with colleagues and partners of all levels and thrive in fast-paced environments
