The VP of Planning and Analysis is a high profile and influential role within Global Atlantic. This individual will oversee the annual planning and budgeting process working closely with the Executive Committee and Strategy function for GA.  The role will help drive financial discipline across the organization, using reporting, analysis, and benchmarking, and will be located in our Brighton, MA office.

Responsibilities include:

  • Oversee annual planning and budgeting process working with a broad group of stakeholder
  • Oversee quarterly forecasting process to ensure the company has the most current information available to support resource allocation and decision making
  • Provide regular reporting, analysis, and insights to business and functional leaders, in order to improve the financial performance of the company
  • Benchmarking Global Atlantic’s performance v peers
  • Oversee business case development for key initiatives, and track performance v plan to ensure ROI targets are achieved
  • Work collaboratively with key members of each business unit and functional area to ensure the right financial information is available to enhance decision making and performance
  • Manage and develop a team of 15 


Strong candidates will demonstrate:

  • 5-10 years of experience with FP&A / expense management, ideally in financial services
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work with and influence senior leaders across an organization
  • Proven track record of driving change and improving organizational performance using data and analytics
  • Strong business acumen
  • Ability to develop and motivate a team
